Prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The total price for your order, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT, is calculated at checkout.
If your order incurs any additional shipping costs, you will always be contacted for approval before delivery begins.
Payment Methods
Shopping with Nordic Prep is fast and secure. Payment is made via Klarna Checkout or Swish. Currently, we only offer sales within Sweden through the following methods:
Klarna Checkout
Invoice
If you choose to pay by invoice, a 14-day credit invoice will be issued upon delivery. Invoices are processed by our partner Klarna AB. Late payment may incur reminder fees and interest.
Card Payment (VISA/Mastercard)
No extra fees are charged for card payments. The amount is reserved on your card and only charged when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Installments via Klarna (Klarna Account)
Klarna offers installment plans, allowing you to choose your monthly payments. No setup fee applies, though invoice fees and interest are charged according to Klarna’s terms.
Bank Transfer
Through Klarna Checkout, you can also pay directly from your bank account. The payment is processed at checkout and debited upon dispatch of your order.
Swish
We accept Swish payments via Klarna. Supported banks include Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, ICA Banken, Länsförsäkringar, Nordea, SEB, Skandia, Sparbanken Syd, Swedbank, Ålandsbanken, and other Swedish savings banks.
General Conditions
Nordic Preparation AB reserves the right to change product assortment and adjust prices. We are not responsible for textual errors, incorrect information, or image errors in printed or digital materials. We also reserve the right for errors communicated via email, phone, or for items sold out.
Customer Eligibility
Purchases are available to individuals and businesses in Sweden with a valid personal or organization number. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID for deliveries. Minors require consent from a guardian. The guardian is responsible for card payments if the customer is underage.
Product Information
Products sold are intended for use in Sweden and include a Swedish manual or instructions when required, either physical or digital. Standard warranties apply where relevant and are valid only in Sweden for the first purchaser. For further information, refer to the product manual or contact info@nordicprep.com.
Ordering
Orders are placed via our website: www.nordicpreparation.com. By placing an order, you accept our terms and consent to your personal or organization number being registered in our customer database. The contract is confirmed when we send an order confirmation to your email.
If there are errors in your order details, you are responsible for contacting us to correct them. Returned orders due to incorrect information incur a SEK 99 handling fee.
Prices and Product Images
All prices are in SEK, including VAT. Shipping costs are added depending on your selected shipping method. Product images are indicative and may not exactly reflect the item. Nordic Preparation AB reserves the right to correct errors in price, product information, stock discrepancies, technical specifications, and typographical errors.
Personal Data
By registering or ordering, you consent to Nordic Preparation AB storing and using your data to provide services. Personal information is used for payment, delivery, and communication. We do not sell your data. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the link in the newsletter or by contacting customer service.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect personal data or where the customer has payment issues.
Copyright
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, downloads, and software, belongs to Nordic Preparation or our suppliers and is protected under Swedish and international copyright law.
Shipping and Delivery
At checkout, you can choose from different shipping methods. Nordic Preparation normally processes your order within one business day (excluding weekends) if the item is in stock. Once dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Delivery times may vary for remote parts of Sweden. You have the right to cancel your order due to delays. If the product is already packed, the order cannot be canceled, and a return must be made instead.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance and home sales laws, starting from the day you receive the product. Returned items must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging. Certain products, such as hygiene items, require unopened seals for returns.
Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You bear return shipping costs. Payment refunds are made to the original payment method.
Unclaimed Packages
A fee of SEK 99 applies for uncollected packages. Packages are held at the post office for 14 days before being returned.
Complaints / Warranty Claims
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact info@nordicprep.com immediately with a description and photo of the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the item can be returned for inspection. Return labels will be sent by email.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. For unresolved disputes, you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
