Adjust the sight

The distance between the eyes varies from person to person. To achieve the perfect setting, hold the binoculars in front of your eyes and move the binocular halves further apart or closer together until you can see a full, unobstructed image.

Focusing

1. Set the right eyepiece (A) to zero and focus on an object further away.
2. Cover the right front lens with your hand and rotate the focus knob (B) until the image in the left eyepiece is sharp. Keep both eyes open while making this adjustment.
3. Now cover the left front eyepiece with your hand and rotate the right sight until the image is sharp.
4. The binoculars are now properly adjusted to your eyes. Read the diopter on the right eyepiece for future reference.

Rolling down the eye sockets

If you wear glasses, fold up the eyecups (C) . This reduces the distance between the eyepiece and your eye, giving you better vision.

Care instructions

1. Use a soft lens brush or lens cleaning cloth to clean the binoculars as needed. No routine maintenance is required.
2. If you use a cleaning agent, never apply the liquid directly to the glass, but spray the liquid onto a lens cleaning cloth first.

Looking directly into the sun can cause permanent damage to your eye. Never look directly into the sun with your binoculars!
