Description
The British winter smock M1942 is a classic field anorak with historical roots, inspired by the legendary "British Windproof Smock M1942". The original was issued to American troops in 1944 during the Battle of the Bulge when they lacked snowsuits, this replica is just as practical and robust. Made from dense gabardine fabric made from 100% cotton, it has a generous fit to be worn over clothing and equipment. With four spacious pockets, a large hood and reinforcements on the underarms, it is ideal for demanding conditions. Drawstrings in the hood and hem provide optimal fit and protection from the elements.
