80 mm so-called soap w/18, five-point wash!
Make sure you do your five-point wash in the field! Washing is guaranteed to increase your combat value and gives you stamina as you easily stay away from diseases. A five-point wash: face, armpits, hands, feet, groin. You take the groin last!
It is the soldier's duty to take good care of his health. Disease is best avoided by fresh air, exercise, cleanliness, and moderation in food and drink. The soldier shall carefully observe personal cleanliness. He shall wash his face, neck, hands, and upper body daily in the morning, and whenever possible after exercise during which he has become dusty or dirty. The armpits and groin should be washed frequently. It is also important that the soldier cleans his teeth and rinses his mouth daily.
