I need personal advice – can you help with that?

We are happy to help if you need advice on home preparedness, or recommendations for outdoor life and survival. If you need help creating your own emergency kit or what you can use during the hike, we are of course happy to help with that too.

Write to us and we will help you choose the right equipment – ​​whether you are planning a mountain hike or want to secure your home during a longer power outage!

How long is the delivery time at Nordic Prep?

We normally ship all orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days depending on shipping option and location, but may vary during holidays and public holidays.

All our products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse in Borås, which guarantees fast delivery and trackable shipping.

You will always receive a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

How much does shipping cost and what shipping options are available?

We offer safe, fast and affordable shipping options with DHL, PostNord and DB Schenker, to a representative or home delivery. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and depends on which shipping option you have chosen. You get free shipping on all orders from 999 SEK. All shipping is trackable – you will receive an SMS or email when the package can be picked up.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Swedish law (Distance Contracts Act). The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service before returning the item, and we will help you with the return address and instructions.

If the item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, we will of course be responsible for the return shipping.

Are your products developed according to MSB's recommendations?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.

Customer service opening hours: weekdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Our customer service hours are weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00. However, we try to respond as quickly as possible outside of these hours and you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours on weekdays.

For faster processing - please provide the order number if your question concerns an order that has already been placed and the item number if you have a product question.
