Shipping & delivery terms

Sweden: Regular shipping cost is 49 SEK, but for orders with an order value exceeding 499 SEK we offer free shipping . Delivery time is normally 1–3 working days from the time you place your order, provided that the item(s) are in stock. The following delivery methods are offered:


Standard delivery
Delivery to delivery point - We calculate which of the following options is the fastest and cheapest way to ship to you with PostNord, Schenker or DHL (49 SEK in shipping cost regardless of shipping method if the order value is less than 500 SEK)
Delivery time for stocked items is normally 1–2 working days. Custom-made items may take longer. We do everything we can to ensure fast deliveries but may be forced to deviate from our delivery times due to external circumstances. The shipment arrives at your nearest representative and the package must be picked up within 14 days to prevent it from being returned.

All packages are sent trackable and you will always receive an email with a tracking number after the package has been shipped.

Terms of delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, a specific delivery time or an estimated date is stated for each item. If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Unclaimed packages

For goods that you as a customer do not redeem, we will charge a cost corresponding to shipping, return shipping and handling of SEK 99.

Transport responsibility
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during delivery to packaging or packaging. In the event of a damaged delivery, it is important that you immediately take a picture of the damaged goods when you receive the package and complain directly to the postal service.
If an item is damaged due to delivery, please contact us and we will help you get a new product if it is in stock. You will always need to return the product before a new item is sent out to you.
