Description
The Fältjärn utspisning is a solid piece that will ensure that you cook in the field with pride! The joy of the field is kept up with its crossed swords and the stamping THIS SIDE AGAINST THE FIRE which is reminiscent of the defense charge 21 (this side against the enemy). The rounded steel rod provides a stable construction and ensures that your hands are kept far away from the fire. The dark wood handles provide a comfortable grip, even with two hands.
Care instructions
- Clean with a dish brush and warm water after use.
- Do not let the iron dry on its own, wipe it with a dry towel or paper towel.
- The field iron is delivered burnished and ready, but it is recommended to lubricate it with neutral, vegetable oil (both inside and outside) at regular intervals to avoid rusting. Wipe off excess oil.
- Never wash the iron in a dishwasher and do not use detergent or steel wool.
- It is recommended that you use protection (gloves, mittens, potholders or similar) when handling the field iron. Do not lift the field iron directly onto the cast iron after it has been over a fire or grill.
