Description

What if the money isn't enough - Did I sound stupid at the meeting - Will my child have any friends - What will the world be like when the climate changes -

Worry can sometimes help us deal with problems, but too often the thoughts of worry just spin around and become an endless cycle. Then the worry disrupts our concentration, makes us exhausted and impairs our quality of life. The Worry Book is based on a scientifically evaluated self-help program, where two research psychologists have summarized the five best ways to deal with worry.

- Five strategies to reduce anxiety

- Developed by psychologists at KI

- Practical self-help based on research

- Helps you break obsessive thought patterns

- Easy to use in everyday life
