About the authors:
Erik Andersson is a licensed psychologist, associate professor of clinical psychology and director of studies at the Department of Psychology, KI. He has been researching treatments for anxiety for over 10 years. In 2023, he was awarded the Great Psychology Prize.
Tove Wahlund is a licensed psychologist, researcher in clinical psychology and teacher of psychological treatment at KI. In her research, she develops and tests treatment for anxiety in adolescents and adults.
